The Wusthof Classic Chef Knife has a full tang and is precision-forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel. Blade has precision edge technology which makes it 20% sharper with twice the edge retention. This durable blade is attached to the polyoxymethylene (POM) handle that resists fading and discolouration and provides a comfortable grip.

Full tang and POM handle are triple-riveted for superior strength. Knife has a full bolster and finger guard for enhanced safety.
