The Zwilling Pro Straight Back Chef Knife is a user-friendly knife that is durable and functional. It's forged from a single piece of NO STAIN stainless steel that is sharp, flexible and corrosion-resistant and is ice-hardened to retain sharpness.
The blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. Blade is versatile for slicing or dicing meat/fish or for chopping herbs and cutting vegetables.
Its curved bolster encourages cutting precision. The full tang and POM handle is triple-riveted for better stability. Knife is dishwasher safe but is recommended to wash by hand.
