SignatureWares Half Size Food Pan, 24 Gauge Stainless Steel
The SignatureWares 24 Gauge Stainless Steel Half Size Food Pan is a versatile product. It can go from freezer to oven (and every temperature in between). And, when paired with the right accessories, can be used for storage, prep, thawing, steaming and crisping.
Known for many names (inserts, hotel pans, steam table pans and service pans to name a few), this commercial food pan is made of anti-corrosive stainless steel that will not absorb odours, resists stains and is dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning. The reinforced corners help maintain the steam pan's shape and increase strength.
The bottom is rounded to easily get serving spoons into the corners to reduce food waste and offer easy cleaning. This commercial steam pan is stackable for compact storage. Even when stacked, the pan leaves air between the stacked pans to provide better ventilation and offer quick (and safe) drying.
Pair with the half size solid cover (sold separately) or the half size slotted cover (sold separately) for simple transportation and sanitary storage.
