The Vollrath Double Fine Mesh Strainer is made with a lacquered wood handle that's comfortable to hold. It is an excellent tool for sifting flour, removing solids from liquids and washing fruits and vegetables. It has a reinforced wire rim for increased strength while the double pan hook allows operators to let the strainer rest over the bowl or pot.
