Vollrath CBGHD-24 24" Heavy Duty Gas Charbroiler, Radiant/Lava Rock
Made with stainless steel burners and heavy-duty cast-iron radiants, the Vollrath 24" Heavy Duty Gas Charbroiler. It has heavy-duty legs that are adjustable to level the unit with ease for improved stability.
The commercial gas charbroiler is manually controlled with temperature control knobs that are simple to use and are guaranteed for life to protect the gas valve. It provides 80,000 BTU of power for a reliable performance and even heating.
Designed with one side that has a narrow surface and integral channels to dispense excess fat while the other is flatter and wider, this gas charbroiler is versatile and can cook a variety of items. Plus, it features an angled adaptor that can be angled up for slower cooking and also directs grease away, minimizing flare-ups.
Includes kits for radiant and lava rock setups.
