This lid/hood locks in freshness and minimizes condensation. Additionally, the interior features a clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor with coved corners for a reliable build.

The heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves hold your ingredients with ease while the full-length, 1/2" thick, 8.875" deep removable cutting board (included) provides a safe and sanitary place to prep ingredients. For excellent insulation, the commercial prep table refrigerator includes foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane insulation.
