A gas range built for commercial use. The Southbend X-4601DD Ultimate Series 60" Gas Range with 10 Standard Burners is made with a stainless steel exterior. The interior is double-sided with a full porcelain enamel oven cavity for effortless cleaning and corrosion protection. This commercial range also has 6" adjustable legs to keep the unit stable and level.
The gas range features a front located manual gas shut-off while the cast iron grate tops are removable and the back can hold a stock pot up to 14". It has a battery spark ignition for the oven bases and the unit features a factory-installed regulator.
The interior of the oven has enhanced airflow to eliminate hot-cold spots. The commercial gas range includes a 22.5" flue riser with a heavy-duty shelf.
