The two riveted handles offer superior strength while the aluminum construction is strong and budget-friendly. Aluminum is an excellent heat conductor, allowing the pot to heat up and cool down quickly.

The natural finish is simple to clean. This commercial stock pot is suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and halogen heating sources. Additionally, the stock pot is oven safe to 500°F. NSF certified.
