SignatureWares Non Stick Frying Pan, Aluminum, Eclipse Finish
The SignatureWares Aluminum Non Stick Frying Pan with an Eclipse Finish is made with an aluminum construction to offer professional quality. The Eclipse coating is designed to outlast all other reinforced coatings. It has a 3-layer internally non-stick system: top layer is non-stick for superior food release while the midcoat bonds the top layer to the bottom for excellent durability.
The handle is riveted to provide additional strength while the silicone sleeve reduces hand fatigue and provides heat resistance for a more comfortable grip. Frying pans are suitable for electric, gas and ceramic heating sources.
Replacement Black Silicone Sleeves can be purchased separately.
