The San Jamar 11 lb Round Digital Scale has a functional design, is reliable and simple to use. It has an easy two-button operation- one operates the ON, OFF and TARE function while the other lets you change the readout from grams to ounces.

Tare feature zero's the unit for more accurate measure. It ensures that only the ingredients are being measured, not the bowl or plate. The scale features an automatic shut-off to preserve battery life.
