Made with a stainless steel motor block and hopper and has a food-grade aluminum head, the Sammic CA-61 Vegetable Preparation Machine is built to last in commercial settings. It has a high-power asynchronous motor and is designed with high-precision adjustments to obtain a uniform and high-quality cut.

The hopper and lid are removable for simple cleaning. It has a combination of safety systems (hopper, cover and power switch) for a safe operation. Additionally, the commercial vegetable preparation machine includes an electronic command panel that is very intuitive and simple to control.
