The vertical handles make the solid door simple to open while the patented insulation technology retains heat and saves energy.
Designed with universal slides, the nickel-chrome electroplated wire is adjustable in 1.5" increments. The casters make this unit easily transportable. The unit hinges are field reversible, double-hinged, 180° swing and have long-life nylon bearings. It features a high-temperature Santoprene gasket and latches that have a magnetic pull latch with lever-action release.
The commercial heated holding cabinet includes a digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch and power indicator lights for simple use and to keep the operator informed. Each feature is removable for more efficient cleaning.
