Perfect for restaurants, culinary schools, bakeries and small kitchens, the Globe 8 qt Countertop Mixer offers big performance in a compact size. It has a powerful custom motor with thermal overload protection and gear-driven, high-torque transmission for a long product life.
Mixer has 3 fixed speeds and a removable splash cover and bowl lifts. The heat-treated hardened steel alloy gears and shafts are durable while the transmission is permanently lubricated.
The structure has a rigid cast aluminum body for strength. This food mixer is simple to operate with a front-mounted touchpad control that has a 15-minute digital timer.
Includes an 8 qt stainless steel bowl, an aluminum flat beater, a stainless steel wire whip, an aluminum spiral dough hook, a polycarbonate splash cover with ingredient chute and a spatula.
