The commercial gas convection oven is made with a stainless steel exterior and legs for a reliable construction. The porcelain-enameled oven interior with coved corners is long-lasting while the 5 chrome-plated oven racks have 13 position guides. Additionally, the commercial convection oven is made with a 60/40 dependent door design with a thermal window on the left side with interior lighting to allow the operator to look inside while cooking.
The convection oven has a two-speed fan control with a 3/4 HP fan motor for a superior performance.
