The commercial gas fryer has a reliable, centerline, fast-action temperature probe to help ensure the temperature is maintained, reached and properly recovers. The deep cold zones ease cleanup and protect oil integrity. This commercial gas floor fryer features a Master Jet burner that distributes heat evenly and provides quick recovery. Additionally, the fryer has a millivolt controller, so no electricity is required.
Light the burners easily with the EZSpart push-button ignitor. The IPS ball-type drain valve allows for quick and easy oil drainage. Gas fryer includes a frypot cover to reduce spillage while the two twin baskets can sit on the over-the-flue basket hangers.
