The Cooper-Atkins Cook N Cool Digital Probe Thermometer allows operators to monitor internal cooking temperature without opening the oven door. Plus, it will track the cool-down temperatures.

This probe thermometer has a temperature range of -25°F to 392°F and can display temperatures in both °F and °C on the digital display screen. It's designed with a heat-resistant silicone-jacketed cable that's long-lasting while the ABS plastic housing offers excellent durability. The thermometer includes a rear probe storage slot and features rubberized feet for improved stability.

For space efficiency, the digital probe thermometer includes a wall-mount bracket with a magnet. It's battery operated (3 AAA) and is IP44 waterproof rated.
