Cambro High Heat 1/6 Size Food Pan, Amber
Cambro's H-Pan line, like this High Heat 1/6 Food Pan in amber colour, reduce handling and save food costs. This one pan can go from prep to cooler to oven to steam table. The plastic material can withstand extreme temperatures from -40ºF to 375ºF (-40ºC to 190ºC). Allowing this dynamic pan to be used for prep, fridge and freezer storage, reheating in microwaves, cooking in ovens or steamers or holding in chafers and steam tables. The uniform 1⁄2" flange (lip) ensures a smooth fit in prep tables and food bars.
Non-stick smooth interior surface and rounded edges and corners promote easy cleaning and are safe to wash in high heat commercial dishwashers. When not in use, the food pans stack neatly without getting wedged together.
